Description: In previous versions of Fusion 360, driven dimensions in a sketch did not create any parameters that could be referenced by other parameters, formulas, or feature parameters. Therefore, the driven dimensions were restricted to a read-only display. The Autodesk Fusion 360 team is pleased to announce that with the January 2022 update, this is no longer the case! Users can explicitly declare a dimension as "driven" by right-clicking on a dimension and toggling it on. Users can add a dimension to an already fully constrained piece of sketch geometry and Fusion 360 will implicitly create a driven dimension. The result of the driven dimension should be presented in the parameter table and available to use or reference like any other parameter throughout the design workspace. ►FREE TRIAL | autode.sk/31Sxeef ►SUBSCRIBE | autode.sk/30njGGX ►GET STARTED | autode.sk/30k2DWh CONNECT with Fusion 360 on social media: INSTAGRAM | autode.sk/2Enzh8P FACEBOOK | autode.sk/19jII5A TWITTER | autode.sk/19jIJXc LISTEN to the Fusion 360 podcast "The New Possible": BLOG | autode.sk/3qbFsFS SPOTIFY | autode.sk/3txPz9O APPLE | autode.sk/36LwBTE GOOGLE | autode.sk/2YQccbC
